HEKTIK Warranty Policy

At HEKTIK, we take pride in our customer service, and want you to have the best experience with our product that we can provide! If our sunglasses aren't up to par, we provide a lifetime warranty to get you back to doing what you love!

After our 30 day Return/Exchange period is over, your shades stay covered with our Lifetime Warranty!

When you contact help@hektikoptics.com, mention that you'd like to claim your lifetime warranty. You'll be asked to provide information about the defect, as well as photos of the defect for documentation. We will then initiate a return for the old pair, and send you a new pair as soon as it arrives.

What this warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects under normal use (examples: hinge/spring failure, frame assembly/finish defects, lens coating defects not caused by wear and tear).

When you contact us and provide photos of the defect, you get lifetime replacement - one replacement per paid pair.

What’s not covered:

Loss or theft.

Accidental damage (sat on, stepped on, run over, heat warping, pet chewing, etc.).

Normal wear & tear (minor scratches/scuffs).

Counterfeit goods or purchases from unauthorized sellers.
